Please note that all rings and diamonds in our Create Your Own section will be shipped separately from other products ordered on diamondsforyou.com.au
For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
For security reasons, diamondsforyou.com.au ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Our Jewellery Experts Team may contact customers for additional information as required.
Customer Service Policy
DIAMONDS 4 U PTY LIMITED is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Create Your Own Rings and Special Orders required more time to deliver and usually takes 15-20 working days.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
If you'd like to cancel or change an diamondsforyou.com.au order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your diamonds4you.com.au order number or call 1800 937 436 as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfilment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to diamondsforyou.com.au according to our return policy.
